We could ship to countries like US, CA, UK, FR, IT, DE, GR, NL, DK while we could not ship to countries like AU, ES, CH.
Processing time usually takes between 2-3 business days.
Once the goods are shipped, the order cannot be canceled. Additional shipping delays may occur due to the high volume of orders, holidays or special circumstances, such as the influence of COVID-19. Q: My package says delivered, but I didn’t receive it.
A: Sometimes USPS tracking information can be incorrect, and packages are marked as delivered before they actually arrive – oops! Your package will most likely be delivered within a few days, but it’s great to check with your neighbors and/or post office for more information in the meantime!
Q: Package is in my country, but tracking hasn’t updated.
A: We are super excited for you to receive your goodies, but please be patient!
It is often helpful to refer to your local courier's online tracking, as it may have more accurate tracking information for your order. Alternatively, we recommend directly contacting your local post/customs office. The best way to do this is by simply locating your nearest post/customs office and visiting them in person. We recommend you physically visit the office to locate your package, as your courier's online tracking may not recognize your USPS generated tracking number.
If 35 full business days pass, and you do not receive your order, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number!
Q: Package is lost during the transit.
A: We feel sorry for that. Inevitably, there could be the packet loss during the international shipping. If replacement, the new parcel is international shipping from China, which will take a few more shipping days than the US domestic parcel. Generally speaking, it will spend 18-24 around shipping days for the transit. If you prefer to a DHL delivery, extra charges should to be paid by the buyers.
Q: When do I get my refund?
A: Returns will be processed within 7 days upon receipt of your package.
